During the sketching phase I will submit to you a colored rough sketch and from there I can make any edits necessary.

Piece will only be continued upon a completed payment. Feel free to request any edits to color, forgotten or misplaced details, linework, etc.

Pieces depending on complexity and workload can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 60 days to complete with updates.

Delays will be promptly notified.

Please give me high quality references and feel free to share any tidbits or TLDRs of your character[s] personality for better portrayal!

Full Payment is expected after sketch approval. Invoice will be sent after sketch approval, of which you will be allowed 48 hours to complete payment.

Commission will be canceled if 48 hours are exceeded without prior discussions of a delay.

Payments are only to be made through PAYPAL at this moment in time

Please contact me as soon as possible with any cancellation requests.

Cancellations requested just after the sketching phase are eligible for 100% refund.

Cancellations far beyond the sketching phase will be refunded to the amount corresponding to work completed.

Works beyond 80% completion are NOT eligible for any refunds.

Completed works are, under no circumstances, eligible for any refunds.

I reserve the right to cancel a piece at any moment. Full refunds will be provided during those times.

Absolutely NONE of my artworks are permitted to be used for NFTs or AI training.

Absolutely none of my artworks are permitted to be edited, traced, or altered in any way.

All of my works are for Personal Use Only unless otherwise discussed. Personal use includes: SNS profile pictures, wallpapers, personal website display, SNS media posts, physical prints and products that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.

Any Commercial Use is to be discussed with me to properly determine extra costs. Commercial Use includes: usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work [including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases] and reselling rights, meaning selling work to another party or another platform.

I hold the rights to all of my artworks any may use the works for display and my own promotional purposes.

I reserve the right to share/upload finished pieces online to my galleries and SNS.

I reserve the right to reproduce artwork for commercial purposes such as prints, t-shirts, and other merchandise.
